How to request deletion

Email support@sharedretreat.com from the address on the account. Include that you want the account deleted. Those requests are handled manually and are not instant.

How to delete in the app

Some websites may offer signed-in deletion from Account when the operator has explicitly turned that control on. It is not available on this website. Use the email request above.

What information is retained

• Approved reservation history on the family calendar, including dates, rooms, and family calendar notes
• The household and house themselves
• Other members’ accounts and their stays
• Owner-blocked dates
