Shared Retreat

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Shared Retreat is a private family calendar for invited households, operated by Lawler Holdings LLC. It is not a public lodging marketplace and does not currently collect payment.
You sign in with an email one-time code. Requesting a code can create an authentication account. Being able to receive a code does not mean you may use a house calendar. Use of a house requires an active membership, usually after an owner invitation.
On generic Shared Retreat hosts, a signed-in person who has never created a household may be able to create one when the operator has turned that option on. Each email may create at most one household. Dedicated family websites do not offer that create-house path. Invited members may still be added to additional houses.
You are responsible for the email inbox you use to sign in and for keeping one-time codes private.
Owners approve or deny stay requests, may create reservations and blocked dates, and invite or deactivate family members for that house. Owners should keep at least one active owner on a house that other people still use.
Owners can edit that house’s name, timezone, and bedroom capacity. Those settings affect what the family sees and whether a stay still fits. Owners should not use the service to impersonate another member or to publish another person’s private notes outside the house.
Only an owner of a house can invite an email to that house. An invitation does not create a sign-in by itself. The invited person still requests a code with the same email.
An owner may later deactivate a member. Signing in again does not restore a deactivated membership from an old accepted invitation. An owner can invite that email again if access should return.
Stays use arrival and departure dates in the house timezone. Departure is the checkout day and is not an extra night. Another family may arrive on the same calendar day someone else departs.
Pending requests may overlap. An approved whole-house stay cannot overlap another approved stay or an owner block at that house. Part-of-house stays may overlap only when remaining bedrooms still fit that house’s capacity. The server, not only the screen, enforces those limits.
Family members may cancel their own pending request. Owners may deny pending requests and may cancel approved reservations. Private notes stay off the shared calendar. Family calendar notes appear only after approval.
Use the service only for your household’s calendar. Do not try to open another family’s house, bypass membership checks, share sign-in codes, scrape other members’ private notes, or use the product as a public rental listing.
Do not upload or send unlawful, harassing, or misleading content in notes or names. Owners should invite only people they intend to include in that house.
The calendar is provided as available. Brief outages, email delays, and maintenance can happen. A failed notification email does not undo a reservation or invitation that already saved.
You may sign out at any time. An owner may deactivate your membership for a house. The operator may suspend an account that abuses the service or risks other families’ data.
Email support@sharedretreat.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information. Those requests are handled manually and are not instant. Self-service deletion is not available unless the operator has explicitly enabled it for that website. It is not available by default. An owner can deactivate house access; that is not the same as deleting an authentication account or removing historical reservation rows the household still uses on the calendar.
You keep the names and notes you type. Shared Retreat operates the software that stores household calendar records so the family can see reserved nights.
A stay created for a typed name without an account belongs to that house’s calendar. It does not create a login for that person.
Shared Retreat is scheduling software. It does not provide lodging, property management, insurance, or legal advice. House rules, keys, and physical access are between the family members.
To the extent allowed by applicable law, Lawler Holdings LLC provides the service without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation and is not responsible for stays, travel, or property access arranged among family members.
